Keynote

Align your company with manufacturing professionals by sponsoring our keynote presentations at the MT Series Events. Our keynote presentations are highly recognized in the manufacturing industry and can provide great recognition to your company.

Entitlements:

  • Sponsor Introduction – 2–3-minute sponsored prelude to keynote speaker.
    • Theater Screen Branding/Sponsor Video – Opportunity to play a 2–3-minute pre-approved video, imbedded into the introduction of the keynote speaker.
  • Pre-Event Marketing – Inclusion as sponsor of keynote on all marketing pieces, digital and print.
  • Keynote Signage – Sponsor’s name/logo inclusion on all signage as the exclusive sponsor of the keynote.
  • Lead Generation – SME will provide the sponsor with a list of all attendees for the Keynote. List will include full contact information.
  • Thank You Signage — Your logo will be featured in our Thank you signage for the event.
  • Event Schedule Listing – Session will be imbedded into event agenda.
  • Website exposure – Your brand on event webpage and presentation hosted on the MT Series page post-show event.
  • Gift Distribution – Opportunity to provide all attendees with a gift(s) (such as a gift bag with note pad, pen, paper, etc.). Gift(s) must be mutually agreed upon and all production costs associated with gift(s) are the responsibility of the sponsor.
Panel Discussion

Align your company with manufacturing professionals by sponsoring our panel discussions at the MT Series Events.

Custom Signage 

Custom signage is available at each venue. Signage examples include: Banners, hanging signs, floor graphics, etc. and any ideas you may have. Contact us for more information.

Branded Areas

Transform your brand into a featured destination on the event show floor by creating a branded area. This sponsorship opportunity allows you to showcase your brand (and message) in an unavoidable way by theming a customized event feature or sponsoring an established area at the event.

Themed destinations could include areas such as: Theater, Café, Social Media Lounge, Coffee Shop, Hydration Station, Internet Café, VIP Lounge.

Event Lanyards

Attendees will be provided a lanyard with the sponsor logo with their badge at event registration. All creative and production costs associated with the lanyards will be the responsibility of the sponsor and must include an MT Series logo lockup and be approved by SME prior to the event.
