Registration for the EASTEC show floor is $25 and $50 onsite. Workshop pricing is $145 nonmember and $135 member. If you register for the workshop, your show floor registration and a lunch voucher is included.
- What is the cancellation policy?keyboard_arrow_down

Cancellations and refund requests (for paid workshop registrations) must be made in writing and faxed to Attn: Betsy Bonnell, EASTEC Conference Cancellation at 313-425-3407, or emailed to BBonnell@sme.org, no later than April 26, 2019 to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable.

The Eastern States Exposition is located in West Springfield, Massachusetts. If you are flying, you should book a flight into Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut and take route 75 North to route 147 East. For driving directions from various cities throughout the Northeast, visit the EASTEC Event Hours, Location and Directions page.
- Can I purchase a hotel room as part of the EASTEC block and get a discount?keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, you can. We have special block pricing at various Springfield area hotels. You can find pricing and available rooms by visiting OnPeak, our hotel booking partner.
- I am traveling to the United States to attend. Do I need a Visa?keyboard_arrow_down

International Visitors: Note with recent changes in the immigration laws it may take longer to apply for a visitor visa. We encourage you to register for EASTEC, get your letter (visa letter of invitation request is part of the online EASTEC registration process) and make your appointment for a visa interview with your embassy as soon as possible.

Parking is available on-site at the Eastern States Exposition. Enter through Gate 8 or 9 off Route 147 (Memorial Ave.). Parking is $5.00 per day.
